Tap & Breathe

Use this process if you are feeling anxious or stressed to help you quickly feel better. You can also use this tapping to work on troubling memories or situations. You want to tune into what is bothering you and isolate the strongest emotion that you are feeling around it. Then see if you can find where you feel it in your body. Tune into the emotion and the place you feel it in your body while you tap and breathe.

Wim Hof Breathing

This breathing method is a great way to decrease anxiety, improve your mood, enhance your energy and mental clarity. It's a great first step if you find it hard to sit and quiet your mind.

The Emotional Reset Technique

Use this process if you have a problem or situation that you would like to feel better about. You'll need at least 4 pieces of paper and a pen to do this process.
