Last week, we talked about Closing the Gap—that space between where you are right now and where you want to be. We explored how to become a vibrational match to your desires by aligning your emotions and energy with what you want, instead of what you don’t.
This week, I want to take that idea a little deeper.
Because here’s the truth: every subject has two sides.
And every time that subject comes up in your mind, you’re activating one side or the other.
Two Sides of the Same Coin
Let’s take money, for example:

The subject is the same. What changes is which side you practice activating.
What You Practice, You Strengthen
Most of us unintentionally practice the don’t want side of our subjects without realizing it. We complain about bills, replay arguments, or criticize ourselves in the mirror.
Each time we do, we’re strengthening neural pathways in the brain and reinforcing vibrational patterns that line us up with more of the same.
But here’s the good news: you can shift sides.
When you start deliberately practicing thoughts and feelings that line up with what you do want, you rewire both your brain and your energy. Over time, it becomes easier and more natural to lean into the “want” side of your subjects—and your reality begins to reflect that.
The Emotional Guidance System
Your emotions are always telling you which side you’re on.
Your job isn’t to jump from one extreme to the other overnight. It’s to gently notice where you’re placing your focus and shift toward the side that feels even a little bit better.

Final Thoughts
Every subject has two sides. Which side you practice determines the life you live.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is simply a matter of which side you’re tuning into, moment by moment.
When you start consistently activating the “want” side—through your thoughts, feelings, and expectations—you close the gap, step into alignment, and allow your dreams to meet you.
