Have you ever noticed the gap—the space between where you are right now and where you really want to be?
Maybe it’s more money, better health, a loving relationship, or a career that lights you up. You can see it in your mind. You know what you want. But somehow, it feels just out of reach.
Here’s the key: if you’re not yet living what you desire, it doesn’t mean you can’t have it. It means there are contradictions in your energy and emotions that don’t match what you want.
You Can’t Be Rich if You Feel Poor
Think of it this way — you can’t create wealth while feeling broke. You can’t attract love while feeling unworthy. You can’t step into vibrant health while expecting to stay sick.
You can’t be fit and healthy if you feel fat.
You can’t be happy if all your attention is on what’s wrong.
You can’t feel loved if you’re always expecting rejection.
You can’t live in abundance while constantly telling yourself there’s “never enough.”
Your emotions are like a signal you’re broadcasting out into the universe. If you’re tuned to fear, lack, or doubt, you’ll keep pulling in experiences that match those feelings.
This is why your emotions matter so much. They’re not random—they’re showing you whether you’re lined up with what you want or whether you’re pushing it away without even realizing it.
Break the Habit of Being Yourself
Here’s the tough but liberating truth: you can’t stay the same person and have a different life.
If you want things to change, you must change first.
That means shifting your thoughts, your feelings, your expectations, and the story you’re telling yourself about what’s possible.
As Dr. Joe Dispenza says, you have to “break the habit of being yourself.” The self you are right now has created the results you currently see. If you want different results, you need to create a new self who thinks, feels, and believes differently.
The Good News
This isn’t about pretending or forcing fake positivity. It’s about gently shifting your energy, one thought and one feeling at a time, until you begin to embody the version of you who already has what you desire.
When you feel the way you would feel if your dream were already real, you close the gap. You become a vibrational match, and the universe has no choice but to line up circumstances that reflect your new energy.
Try This Simple Exercise
Pick one desire you’d love to experience—a financial breakthrough, a new relationship, vibrant health, or something else close to your heart.
Ask yourself: “If this was already true for me, how would I feel?” Secure? Excited? Free? Loved? Healthy?
Write down 3–5 feelings that come up.
Practice feeling those emotions now. Even if it’s just for a few moments, breathe them in and imagine what it’s like to live as if it’s already here.
The more you practice aligning with the emotions of what you want, the smaller the gap becomes—until one day, you realize you’re living the life you once only dreamed about.
✨ So, what’s your gap? And more importantly, are you ready to close it by becoming a vibrational match to what you desire?
Sending you love & light!
